Physioyoga Therapy

Parent/child class where a parent attends with one child to focus on breathing, cardio, stretching, centering, while strengthening and elongating muscles.

Physio Aquatic Therapy

Parent/child class where a parent attends with one child to focus on breathing, Respiratory cardiovascular, cardio, swim strokes, stretching, centering, while strengthening and elongating muscles.

Physio Aquatic Private Jacuzzi Therapy

Parent/child class where a parent attends with one child to focus on breathing, respiratory cardiovascular, cardio, swim strokes, stretching, centering, while strengthening and elongating muscles in a Jacuzzi at the temperature of your choosing/ appropriate temperature for age of child. The added aspect of heat and jets can help the parent and the child in relieving stress, pain management, colic/tantrums, Increasing the sense of safety, feeling loved, and accepted.

Physio Massage Therapy

Parent/child class where a parent attends with one child to focus on breathing, bonding, stretching, centering, while learning new massage techniques and elongating muscles. This can help the parent and the child in relieving stress, pain management, colic/tantrums, increasing the sense of safety, feeling loved, and accepted.

Classes led by a board certified physical therapist who alters every class, depending on the needs of the group in attendance. A positive bonding, relaxing and fun activity between parents and children, while potentially meeting other parents and children for support and community.

All of the above classes are offered weekly, Monday-Saturday between 9 AM and 5 PM, dependent upon schedule of registered families. $30 per session for two people (one parent and child) or monthly rate of $100. Classes can be held at your home or within the community. Aquatic/jacuzzi classes require a large bathtub, Jacuzzi, and/or pool on site, or you can travel to PT's home located in north county San Diego.

An Occupational Therapist will share her insights and answer your questions, leaving you with practical tips to try immediately. Don't miss out on this opportunity to transform your picky eater. Best for ages 1 year+. 

Sensory Processing 101

Understand how children process sensory information and the impact it has on behavior, emotions, and development. Learn to recognize signs of sensory processing differences in yoru child and how it may impact everyday activites. Discover tips for creating sensory-friendly environments at home/school to support your child's sensory needs and explore sensory activities you can easily incorporate into your child's daily routine to promote optimal functioning. Led by a pediatric Occupational Therapist.

Starting Solids

Are you ready to embark on the exciting journey of introducing your baby to solid foods? Led by a pediatric occupational therapist, we'll guide you through the process of starting solids for babies aged 5 to 12 months.

Learn the basics of starting solids, including when to begin, how to identify signs of readiness, and recommended first foods for your baby. Also learn important developmental milestones related to feeding and oral motor skills in infants, and gain insights into how to support your baby's oral motor development for feeding.
