What is a comprehensive PT evaluation?
- Assessing various aspects of a child's physical development, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional abilities
- Includes standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to help identify a child’s strengths and areas of concern
- A plan of care with recommendations and/or individualized goals for your child's needs
- Offered in-home or virtually via Telehealth

- In-Home Comprehensive PT Evaluation $270
- In-Home PT Treatment Session $200
- Telehealth Comprehensive PT Evaluation $170
- Telehealth PT Treatment Session $120
We are not accepting insurance at this time. We can provide a superbill upon request for potential reimbursement with your insurance provider. Additionally, we are a contracted provider with the San Diego Regional Center Early Start Program to provide early intervention from birth to age 3, request vendor PY2754 with your service coordinator.
