Community Classes
Empowering Families Through Expert Guidance!
At Eat. Play. Love., we believe learning doesn’t stop at therapy. Our community classes provide opportunities for children and families to connect, grow, and explore together — beyond just appointments. All are welcome, whether or not your child receives therapy with us.
These classes are great for homeschool families, new parents, parents seeking guided play-time, or anyone wanting to try something fun and meaningful with their child.

Group Structure
Our goal in Super Sibs is to address various topics to empower the individual through recreational activities and peer support.
Topics being addressed in Super Sibs
- Self identity
- It is common for these individuals to feel like their identity can be completely associated with their sibling's care. It is important to explore self identity and what makes being YOU so special!
- Coping Skills
- We recognize that super sibs might face unique stressors such as worrying about their sibling's condition, taking on caregiver roles, and navigating tricky social situations. Learning some new coping skills and sharing existing skills to the group is a wonderful way to reduce stress and anxiety.
- Peer Support
- Having a strong support system is extremely important. Meeting new friends and families who are experiencing similar situations can be very comforting as well as creating a bigger network for supports.
- Education
- There will be various learning opportunities such as learning more about your sibling's disability, how to navigate social situations, and answering any questions that may arise during group.
