A hands-on sensory and regulation playdate at Mission Bay, hosted by Eat. Play. Love's OT and SLP with Rowdy Moms. Six therapist-run play stations plus a parent corner.

  • Sensory Play — water play, bins, messy and tactile exploration
  • Fine Motor — crafts, tongs, building, pre-writing play
  • Movement — obstacle course, heavy work, jumping, balance
  • Sound Play — led by a speech-language pathologist
  • Big Feelings — emotions activities, calming tools, regulation strategies
  • Parent Corner — take-home tips for sensory, behavior, and regulation

9:30 – 10:20 AM

Ages 5–18 months

  • From first purees to family foods
  • Sensory exploration, low-pressure — picky eaters welcome
  • Professional oral-motor tips
  • Bring your child + 2 favorite foods (foods also provided)

Sound Play Group

10:30 – 11:20 AM

Ages 2–3 years

  • Play-based, led by a speech-language pathologist
  • Get your child to say more sounds & speak more clearly
  • Encourage social skills with peers
  • Boost vocabulary & direction-following through play
